AFCON: Senegal-Guinea match brings split allegiances for some households

Both Senegal and Guinea had qualified for the knockout rounds of AFCON, even before playing each other in the group stage on Tuesday. But the game, which Senegal won 2-0, was somewhat of a local derby between the neighboring countries. Guineans make up the largest immigrant group living in Senegal – there are an estimated 2-3 million living in the country. In some households allegiances are split, as our correspondents found out.
